For health authorities, employers & nursing programs

Fund the seats.
The nurse pays nothing.

Provinces, health systems, and employers can sponsor cohorts of internationally educated nurses on The Nurse Bridge. You cover the cost of the seat; the nurse never pays. In return you get an honest, aggregate-only readiness picture of the cohort — never a per-nurse record used to screen or rank individual candidates.

Retrofitting readiness onto a small number of nurses already in your own pipeline this month, outside a block cohort? See the single-employer retrofit page.

How sponsorship works

A permanent readiness partner, not a placement agency

Step 01

You fund seats

Purchase a block of sponsored seats for a named cohort — a graduating class, an internal upskilling group, a settlement-program intake. Each nurse receives a full account at no cost to them.

Step 02

Nurse pays $0

Sponsored seats carry the full entitlement of a paid account. No credit card, no invoice, and no debt or repayment obligation is ever placed on the nurse.

Step 03

Aggregate-only dashboard

You see cohort size, average ability, share active in the last 7 days, and a readiness-band distribution. You do not see any individual nurse's answers, scores, or identity through this dashboard.

Step 04

Never used for employment decisions

Per-nurse performance data is never shared with a sponsoring organization for hiring, firing, or employment-contingent decisions of any kind. This is a hard line in our ethics charter, not a policy we can waive.

What we claim, and only what we claim

Measured claims, nothing inflated

MetricWhat we report
Cohort sizeCount of sponsored accounts in the cohort
Average abilityMean per-domain ability score across the active cohort, provisional and drill-based
Active last 7 daysShare of the cohort that completed at least one drill in the last 7 days
Readiness distributionCount of the cohort in each provisional band: building, approaching, ready-provisional

We do not claim a pass-rate guarantee, a placement rate, or any outcome tied to hiring or licensure. Readiness bands are provisional estimates based on in-platform performance, not a prediction of official exam results.
